I like to alpine ski at Mammoth Mountain in California. Last year, a couple of weeks after a coffee buying trip to Honduras I was riding chair one, on a cold clear day. As I stood up on the unloading ramp my phone rang and I answered it. A voice said "This is Cristian Rodriquez, I want to come to Mammoth so you can taste my coffee". I said "Wow, you came all the way from Honduras! When are you coming to Mammoth?" He said "I am leaving now I will be there in 6 hours". So that is how we met and we became friends with him and his wife Anna. Anna says she wants to learn to ski!

Cristian went to school and became a dentist. When his brother Juan was in a car accident with an organized crime member, the man became angry, pulled a gun and killed Juan. Now, Cristian has inherited the family coffee farm and putting his heart and soul into coffee.
